What it does

• Builds an AI-readable docs bundle for how-to-run, architecture, contracts, and related repo context.
• Outputs agents.entrypoints.json — command manifest for agents/CI (install/test/lint/build/run)
• Supports plan-preview and drift-check workflows without changing the underlying app code.
• Outputs docs/ai/id-context.json for repo-to-ID handoff and stable machine consumers.
• Uses the same safety model as other docs generation commands around marker-owned content.
